Businesses that have received PPP loans have between 8 and 24 weeks to utilize these funds. Loan forgiveness cannot start until the business has exhausted all of their PPP money. If you are a PPP loan customer, now there are TWO OPTIONS for you to apply for forgiveness.

Bank of Stockton, in partnership with Sageworks, has an online portal that allows our PPP customers to securely submit information and documentation for loan forgiveness. Our PPP customers will receive an email inviting them to apply for forgiveness of their PPP loan(s). Emails will be sent in date order of PPP loan disbursement; meaning those who received PPP monies first will receive the email first. This email will contain instructions on how to build your online profile as well as include instructions and links designed to help you understand the forgiveness process.

S. Small Business Administration has made available the Direct Forgiveness portal that can be used for PPP loan forgiveness requests
